Background
Madelynn is a Senior Research Support Associate in the Gabrieli Lab. In the lab, she investigates neuromarkers of social anxiety disorder in response to cognitive behavioral therapy and the anxiolytic effects of CBD on social anxiety. She also applies statistical modeling and data visualization methods to understand and predict trait mindfulness in children and adults. Madelynn is interested in how the brain and body interact in mental health conditions and hopes to focus her future work on the application of connectome-based predictive modeling and functional connectivity methods to investigate brain-behavior relationships in anxiety disorders.
