Background
Omar is a US Army combat veteran focused on understanding the mechanisms of alternative medications for treating mental health conditions. Currently, he is conducting a clinical trial examining the effects of cannabidiol on social anxiety disorder. Outside of research, Omar is an avid aviation enthusiast and a certified sport pilot.
