Background
Sophia is a Technical Associate in the Gabrieli Laboratory where she contributes to cognitive neuroscience studies focused on improving outcomes for people with psychiatric and neurodevelopmental disorders.
Sophia’s research interests include how environmental factors affect the development and maintenance of personality and affective symptoms in children and adolescents. She is committed to conducting translational research that informs treatment for youth. She plans to pursue her doctoral degree in clinical psychology.
