I received a doctorate in 2014 in Behavioral Neuroscience from the School of Medicine at Boston University. I have been a research affiliate of the Gabrieli Lab since September, 2012, and have co-authored 4 research publications with Dr. Gabrieli. My research in the Department of Brain and Cognitive Sciences is focused on investigating the encoding and retrieval stages of emotion-specific memory as a function of age and processing time. I am also interested in understanding the neural and behavioral basis for age-related differences in the disease-related symptom experience and mechanisms of aging related to emotion-specific memory that may have an impact on healthspan.
