Background
Jakub’s research interests span neuroimaging, medicine, machine learning, and reproducible science. He is currently investigating methods of brain and tumor labeling with neural networks, easing the creation of Linux containers for reproducible science, and studying the effects of short-term learning interventions on attention and retention. He graduated from Union College in 2016 and plans to attend medical school.
