Background
Nicholas is an NIMH fellow in the Gabrieli Laboratory. His work bridges experimental psychology, physiology, biomedical engineering, and neuroscience to advance understanding about normal and abnormal cognitive processes, with emphasis on memory and cognitive control. He also uses multimodal neuroimaging and machine learning to develop diagnostic and prognostic tools for neurological and psychiatric disorders.
