Background
Smriti is a graduate student in the Brain and Cognitive Sciences department at MIT.She is interested in understanding the neuroplasticity mechanisms that underlie recovery in neuropsychological conditions, with a particular focus on identifying neuroimaging-based biomarkers. She was a gold medal recipient for research excellence during her M.S. studies. Her broader scientific aim is to bridge neuroscience and clinical applications to advance personalized treatment interventions.
